October is a great time to focus your mind to stop smoking as it’s the month of Stoptober.<\/p>\n
Join hundreds of others across Suffolk who, like you, also want to quit smoking for good.<\/p>\n
We know that many people successfully quit when they join a regular group as it helps keep them motivated and supports them on a weekly basis.\u00a0 Many people have gone on to make good friends from our group sessions and have been less likely to start smoking again.<\/p>\n
