Emotional hunger can be so powerful, that it\u2019s easily mistaken for physical hunger. However, there are clues you can look for to help you tell physical and emotional hunger apart.<\/p>\n<p>Before you start the next session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Did you achieve the goal you set?
