There are lots of ways we can help you stop smoking, from nicotine replacements to support groups. You can choose what works best for you.

It is all FREE.

Vaping to quit

Vaping is less harmful than smoking. You can get vape kits for 3 months, worth £40. The kit includes the device, charger and liquids. Over time, you may want to quit vaping.



Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT)

Quitting is easier when you use stop-smoking products. NRT includes patches, mouth spray and other products to help you manage your cravings.



Medication

Varenicline and Cytisine are a nicotine free medication in the form of a tablet.



Smokefree App

If you live in Suffolk you can get 24 hours support, vape or NRT, and a digital app.



NHS Better Health

The NHS Quit Smoking app provides personalised support to help you quit smoking for good.



Allen Carr's Easyway

This is helpful if you don’t wish to use nicotine products or medication. This is an online seminar lasting 5-6 hours. It aims to remove your need and desire to smoke.

Stop smoking with GPs and pharmacies

Some GPs and pharmacies provide free, friendly, expert support to help you quit and stay motivated. There’s no need to book ahead or wait for a referral. Simply drop into any of the participating pharmacy or GP surgeries. They can help you get started straight away with:
