Why you should stop
It can be harmful to your body, especially when you are still growing. Here are some of the top reasons for quitting vaping:
Nicotine is addictive
The liquids in vapes contain nicotine, which can be seriously addictive, especially when your brain and body are still developing.
The best thing for your lungs is fresh air
Your lungs deserve clean, fresh air, rather than chemicals that can be found in vapes.
It's illegal if you're under 18
In the UK, you have to be 18 or over to buy or use vapes.

Safely disposing of vapes
Putting your old vapes in to your general rubbish or recycling bin can cause bin lorry fires.
So how do you make sure that you are disposing of your vapes safely and with the environment in mind?
You can recycle your vapes at some large supermarkets or the small domestic appliances container at any of Suffolk Recycling Centre.
