Session 9 – Portion Control and Breaking Habits
In this session Sylvia will talking to you about on how to personalise your weight loss strategy. You will explore different methods for weight loss—reducing the quantity of food, modifying your diet, or timing meals. Sylvia is also taking inspiration from James Clear’s book “Atomic Habits”, focusing on how to change behaviour with small, practical steps.
Before you start this session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.
- Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
- Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
- If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.
You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
