Session 10 – Protein and Fat

In this session Sylvia will talk you through the various kinds of protein sources and how to increase the amount of protein in our diet. Sylvia also explains the difference between the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ fats, helping you to make healthier choices.

Before you start this session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.

  • Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
  • Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
  • If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.

You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
