Session 1 – Calories and goal setting

In this session, you will learn about personalising your weight loss and the different forms of restriction.

Jacob will guide you through the recommended number of calories your body needs to function, and forms of calorie restriction you can use for successful weight loss and maintenance.

Jacob will also talk about the importance of goal setting, and how to set SMART targets so you’re able to achieve your desired outcomes!
