Session 3 – Emotional Eating
In this session, Lucy will talk about Emotional Eating. Emotional hunger can be so powerful, that it’s easily mistaken for physical hunger. However, there are clues you can look for to help you tell physical and emotional hunger apart.
Before you start the next session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.
- Did you achieve the goal you set? If no, why could this be?
- Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
- If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.
You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
