Aids to quit
Quitting smoking is easier when you have a plan and the right support. Many people try to quit with willpower alone, but going cold turkey can be tough.
By preparing ahead and using stop-smoking products or getting expert help, you can really boost your chances of quitting for good.
Vaping to quit
Nicotine vaping is less harmful than smoking. It’s also one of the most effective tools for quitting smoking. With our support, you can access FREE 12 week vape kits including the device, charger and liquids.
Quit with Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT)
Quitting becomes much easier when you use stop-smoking products. These are available FREE when you use our support. NRT includes patches, gum, inhalators and other products to help you manage your cravings.
Nicotine free medicine
Nicotine-free medicines are an incredibly effective way to help you stop smoking. We are trialling the prescribing of Varenicline and Cytisine with selected pharmacies in Suffolk until November 2026.
Smokefree App
Suffolk residents can get a FREE upgrade of the Smokefree app, including any vape or NRT you need to support your quit journey. Advisors are on hand 24 hours a day and so perfect if you can’t access our service Monday to Friday.
Allen Carr's Easyway
Ideal if you don’t wish to use medication or NRT products. This well established method is delivered by an online seminar lasting 5-6 hours. It aims to remove your need and desire to smoke. This is free to Suffolk residents who use our service, saving you hundreds of pounds.
