Session 11 – Stress and Weight Loss

In this session, Marie will explore the relationship between stress and weight management. Marie will guide you through the impact stress can have on someone and talk through a variety of coping strategies which might support you to manage your stress when needed.

Before you start this session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.

  • Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
  • Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
  • If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.

You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
