Session 8 – Eating Well for Less
In this session, Sophie will talk about ‘Eating Well for Less’ and how to stay healthy with some practical ideas for how to eat healthily without breaking the bank.
Sophie will be covering alternative protein sources, meat-free days, making your own takeaways, batch cooking, portion control and maximising your ingredients.
Before you start this session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.
- Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
- Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
- If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.
You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
