Session 4 – Physical Activity
This session will look at how exercise and physical activity can aid your weight loss and improve your overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Jacob will talk about what burns calories daily, ways to get moving more and the four pillars of physical activity.
Before you start the next session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.
- Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
- Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
- If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.
You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
