Session 7 – Overeating and Mindful Eating

In this session we will focus on the reasons why you might overeat, understanding your triggers and how we can combat the desire to overeat.

Lucy will also talk about Mindful Eating, being conscious of your food choices and recognising how this makes you feel.

Before you start the next session, take some time to review the goal you set for yourself at the end of the previous session.

  • Did you achieve the goal you set? If not, why could this be?
  • Was the goal specific and achievable or do you need to review and amend the goal?
  • If you did achieve it, well done! You might want to think about making the goal more challenging if you found it too easy.

You will continue to complete this goal over the coming weeks, as well as creating a new goal each week!
